personally for me, i feel that we human deserve it.

ah ya la. thats all that company is good at, terminating people.
let me tell you about this company or rather outlet does.
they'll threaten partners by telling them they'll get terminated for this and that.
they are always using termination as a threat to make our partner scared.
apparently i'm one of the victim and from my point of view, i feel that i'm not at fault.
here is how it goes.
when i couldn't commit, i told my manger i couldn't commit and wanted to quit
the manager said no. the manager said to put schedule whenever i can.
and so i did! i put schedule whenever i can. it wasn't much but i tried and whenever i put my shift, i never skip it and when i'm on shift i try my best to keep the standard.
being busy with school events and what knot i didn't put any shift and the next i knew, i was terminated. how annoying is that?
the least the manager could do is message me to ask me if i wanted to quit but nooooooo, they decide to terminate because by terminating they feel a sense of satisfaction. FOOL!

i wonder what the manager feels when he terminate people just like that.
since you like terminating so much why not terminate partners that don't come for 1 shift, don't bring back their apron, use handphone during shift. FOOL!

after working in F&B line for awhile, i've come to realise that customers are weird and irritating.

1) they order a latte. we ask if they want it hot, they say yes. then when we serve their drinks, they say they ordered a cold one.

2) during a slam, drinks can pile up to 10 over. there sure to be customers asking for ice water and think they can get it right away.

3) customer don't even know what they order. they ask for a hot latte but when we expedite a blended drink, they think its theirs.

4) customers can't wait. they just paid money for their drinks and when they reach the expedite corner, they expect their drinks to be there.

5) carrying a bucket full of mugs and a customer will call and ask you to sweep the floor. does the bucket of mugs look like a broom to you?

6) customer ask to clear their table. so i thought that its dirty and full of mugs. i go there, i see a disposable paper cup.

7) they think that its high class and act all arrogant. nooo, you're just drinking designers drinks.

this time this day i was dreading school.
i still couldn't accept that i'm in ite.
i call it collage because in America, student who goes to college are smart!
i didn't want to make friend. i know i'll be able to survive 2 years without friends.

and now, i'm waiting to be a year 2. yeeeeeaaaar two!
its just like a secondary 3 guy being able to wear long pants.

everyone has ego. some are big and some are not so big.
sister and i was walking home and we saw this indian okay okay bagala on his phone.
as usual bagala love acting cool in front of people especial girls so he walked coolly and he didn't see the kerb.
he tripped on it and got a little off balance the best part was he acted like as if he knew there was a kerb and make it look like as if he purposely walks that way!
unable to control ourselves, our laughter was kept underneath the wide smile and after we pass him, we laugh sooo darn loud.
i guess he knew but he was on his phone still acting cool.

few days back, i realise how much changes there was.
back then when i was in my lower sec school day, i thought being an ah lian was pretty cool.
come on, i bet every other girl that went to manjusri had the desire to be one.
and thank god so much! i realise that it wasn't my thing and i didn't want to wear shorts that looks like my boxers.
but once an ah lian, forever an ah lian.
there will be a situation that will trigger the ah lian-ness in you to be one even if it was for a short while.

imagine if i did took the path of being a true blue ah lian.
fair skin (EWW)
thick make up so i look fairer than usual ( double eww)
super straight hair that cannot go any straighter.
fake eye lashes. (bleah)
short shorts
shorts with heels (ultimate, not everyone can pull off shorts with heels. only xia xue can)

i still remember back then sister and i can never get along with each other. we always fight. pull hair, run up and down the house, run round the dining room and the best part was when i can't catch up with her anymore i'll pretend to fall down or or have a asthma attack.

not much has change except that sister and i gets along really really well now. we still fight but verbally and when i can't win, i'll act all dramatic.

ohwell, life of a 2nd child. its not easy being it okay.
