after working in F&B line for awhile, i've come to realise that customers are weird and irritating.
1) they order a latte. we ask if they want it hot, they say yes. then when we serve their drinks, they say they ordered a cold one.
2) during a slam, drinks can pile up to 10 over. there sure to be customers asking for ice water and think they can get it right away.
3) customer don't even know what they order. they ask for a hot latte but when we expedite a blended drink, they think its theirs.
4) customers can't wait. they just paid money for their drinks and when they reach the expedite corner, they expect their drinks to be there.
5) carrying a bucket full of mugs and a customer will call and ask you to sweep the floor. does the bucket of mugs look like a broom to you?
6) customer ask to clear their table. so i thought that its dirty and full of mugs. i go there, i see a disposable paper cup.
7) they think that its high class and act all arrogant. nooo, you're just drinking designers drinks.
